Corporate Governance

We believe that good corporate governance is not just the Board’s responsibility. It is also the responsibility of management as well as staff at every level of the organisation. We go beyond ticking the checkbox for the sake of complying with corporate governance regulations. We believe that good corporate governance is the foundation for long term value creation of the Group.

We set out ST Engineering’s corporate governance processes, practices and activities in our Annual Report with specific reference to the guidelines of the Singapore Code of Corporate Governance 2018.
